These terms govern your use of openform.company, CopyThat, and Human Feed, operated by Open Form LLC (“Open Form,” “we,” “us”). kindshare, AmbulanceCost, Local Take, Your SF, and Your NYC publish their own terms, which govern those products instead. colift is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit with its own terms. By using a product covered by these terms, you agree to them.
Our products are provided for lawful, personal use. You may not disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services or other users’ data; scrape, resell, or redistribute our products or data as your own service; or misrepresent your relationship to us. Where a product interacts with a third-party platform, you remain responsible for complying with that platform’s terms.
CopyThat runs locally on your Mac using permissions you grant it, including Full Disk Access and, for auto-paste, Accessibility. You are responsible for the security of your own device and accounts; CopyThat is a convenience tool, not a security product. It is released under the CC0 license and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Human Feed scores posts using heuristics that are imperfect: it may hide content written by people and may fail to hide content generated by AI. Filtering runs in your own browser at a threshold you set. Human Feed is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and you are responsible for using it in a manner consistent with LinkedIn’s terms.
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Form LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Open Form’s names, logos, and designs are the property of Open Form LLC, except where a product states otherwise. These terms grant no right to use them beyond ordinary use of the products.
We may modify or discontinue any product at any time, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
